Models Unlimited 2016 was launched with a novel thought to identify fresh talent from the heart of the city and give them a great platform for a glorious future. Pune was one of the cities chosen by Unlimited – The Family Fashion Store, and Prasad Bidapa, one of the most well-known personalities in the Indian fashion industry.
Kevin Oliver, internationally acclaimed choreographer, personally trained all the participants for a grand show. He believes perfection only comes with persistent training. In the city finale, the jury panel identified three male and three female models as winners of Pune’s Models Unlimited 2016 hunt.
The winners of Models Unlimited 2016 Pune were Neelam Virwani and Shabaz R Kalyani, both from Pune. The First runners-up were Priya Ninawe from Mumbai and Shabaz M Kokni from Nasik.
Unlimited wanted to celebrate with the winners in a memorable way and organized a trek to Malavli – near Lonavala. The place was hilly and lush with greenery – full of waterfalls and unfrequented by people. The Sarpanch of the village, Sandeep Yashwant Tikone was extremely enthusiastic and helped the team discover the hidden beauties of Malavli. Needless to say, the exploration was breathtaking. He also treated them to spicy, delicious vada pav – just the snack for Malavli’s cool and cloudy weather.
The winners thoroughly enjoyed the trip. They got to know the dimensions of each other’s personalities and know one another better during the hikes. Trekking being a team effort, develops positive bonds among people. The group picked up active wear from Unlimited’s vast range, for the entire trip.
While Shabaz R and Priya chose to explore one route, well-prepared with their hiking poles, Shabaz K and Neelam chose to trek on another, slightly more challenging route. They had a lot of fun moments along the way.
They then met up at a common meeting point and decided to explore the place as one group. The girls never lost an opportunity to get stylish pics taken.
An adventurer to the core, Shabaz R never failed to point out marvels of nature to his new friends – be it waterfalls or rain-heavy clouds. The others were happy to follow his lead as this trip was about exploration and not competition.
After a morning full of hikes and treks, they chose to wind down in the evening with music. Shabaz R strummed on his guitar while the rest enjoyed the music. It was a calming end to an adventurous day. Here too, Unlimited provided options from its range:
From left to right: Galaxy print casual shirt and slim fit crop trouser by Colt, yellow t-shirt with black active shorts by Sugr, Classic broad-check shirt over calligraphic print t-shirt and trouser jogger by Colt, black rainbow fringy top with denim pants by Sugr.
Putting up their feet after a fun-filled day:
The next day, the group decided to take a dip in the river and bathe under the waterfall. It was cold but they loved it! It was a great time for group hugs and selfies.
After all this, they chose to chill with flasks full of hot coffee, accompanied by conversation, huddling and laughs. Here the girls enjoy a lighter moment in their lovey striped dresses – warm and cozy in their tent after the cold water baths.
That evening, the group left the place tired but pleased and with lots of fun-filled memories.
